~Mailbox Monday~

Marcia at The Printed Page hosts this each Monday. Check out Marcia’s posts for more info and to read what other particpants are saying plus leave your own links for the current week.
Reviews will go up as I get to the books. In the meantime click bookcovers or titles to read more. Don’t forget to check out author sites too.

The Country House Courtship by Linore Rose Burkard
Harvest House Publishers (January 1, 2010)
(ISBN#9780736927994, 300pp, $13.99)

I’ve read the first two Regencies by this author and look forward to spending time with more of her characters from those books. Thanks to Glass Road Public Relations for a review copy. Blog Tour hosts (including Bibliophile’s Retreat) will be posting about this book on Feb 19.

Double Trouble (PJ Sugar #2) by Susan May Warren
Tyndale House Publishers, Inc. (January 11, 2010)
(ISBN#9781414313139, 352pp, $13.99)

I had quite a ball reading the first PJ Sugar Case and look forward to another adventure with the Amateur PI. Thanks to LitFuse Publicity Group for a review copy. This blog tour runs throughout the month of February. Perhaps there will be some valentine surprises hiding within this story as well.

Jenna’s Cowboy Hero by Brenda Minton
Steeple Hill (December 1, 2009)
(ISBN#9780373875696, 224pp, $6.25)

While these Love Inspired books are short they also make for some lighter reading between the heavier subject matter of some novels. Brenda Minton is a new author to me but I look forward to checking out her work.

Finding Her Way Home by Linda Goodnight
Steeple Hill (January 1, 2010)
(ISBN#978-0373875719, 224pp, $6.25)

Linda Goodnight is also new to me but I look forward to checking out her work as well. These are not review books, just for fun but I’ll probably post a little something about them at some point anyway.

Songbird Under A German Moon by Tricia Goyer
Summerside Press (February 1, 2010)
(ISBN#9781935416685, 320pp, $12.99)

Tricia is a longtime favorite of mine and a very prolific writer in a variety of genres. This tour will be launching later this month. Thanks to LitFuse Publicity Group for a review copy.
