If it can go wrong it will and then some. This seems to be the story of Gaby’s life as the book starts out. On the same day that her florist shop is ransacked by the shady delivery driver she loses nearly everything else due to an apartment fire that levels her building. With little money, no home and not much left to rebuild her business (and her sole source of financial support) she is forced to take what she can get in terms of shelter.
Her friends Bri and Livi are probably the only reason she doesn’t give up. Bri manages to keep an upbeat attitude despite her own difficulties and Livi juggles her real estate job with helping out at the florist shop so Gaby can get back on her feet.
Through all of this Gaby eventually reorganizes the florist business and is able to pursue her true dreams that were sidelined by practicality. She also finds many other things along the way as well. Will one of them be that special man?
Faith, trust, hope and love all blossom in this book in one way or another. Read it to see how our Lord is faithful even when it seems the world has ended before your eyes.
