Well looking back at this weeks reading no wonder I was in literary paradise just about everything I “had” to read and review (still need to write them – but that is tomorrow’s task) for the week was a historical novel (my faves) and they were very well done too.
Here’s the reading list:
Beloved Captive by Kathleen Y’Barbo – Barbour Publishing, Inc (November 1, 2008) (ISBN#9781602602304, 304pp, $10.97), The Red Siren by MaryLu Tyndall – Barbour Publishing, Inc (January, 2009) (ISBN#9781602601567, 288pp, $10.97)
, and In the Shadow of Lions by Ginger Garrett – David C. Cook (September 2008) (ISBN#9780781448871, 311pp, $13.99)
And here’s what is on the docket for the coming week:
Leave it to Chance by Sherri Sand (started last night) – David C. Cook (May 2008) (ISBN#9781434799883, 353pp, $13.99), Then Along Came an Angel (compilation/anthology of Angel stories) – Pleasant Word (May 31, 2005) (ISBN#9781414104430 , 240pp, $16.99), League of Superheroes by Stephen Leon Rice – Writers Cafe Press, The (October 1, 2008) (ISBN#9781934284056, 200pp, $9.95), and Christmas Edition by Robin Shope – The Wild Rose Press (November 21, 2008) (ISBN#978-1601543301, 236pp, $11.99). I may add others during the week but these are the ones I have in hand and must read in the next 7days if possible.
Now I’d be even happier if I could manage the old book a day rate of reading I got used to back when it was only for pleasure no reviews waiting to be posted however I am grateful that this last week was all wonderful books most of which will join my personal library (unfortunately PDF’s can’t go on the shelf or they would all land there).
